Doggo Sessions was born from a lifelong love of dogs — and years of waiting to have one.
After military service as a Navy SEAL, I got Lupin, a Hungarian Vizsla. The bond that came from training and developing Lupin inspired a simple philosophy: Make training easy. Every moment is a session.
I started Doggo Sessions to help others train everywhere and get that dog they dreamed of.

Yes. We use 95/5 lean ground beef, sweet potato, and banana. If we ever add products with grains, this will be clearly stated in the ingredient list.

As long as your doggo isn't allergic to the listed ingredients, the short answer is no" (unlike most treats). We use all natural, human-grade, whole ingredients, like ground beef, sweet potatoes, bananas, and yogurt.
Since each treat is less than 1 calorie, if you're doing training, then the energy your dog uses likely offsets the Doggo Disc calories.
Small treats let you reward more often. Each Doggo Disc is under 1 calorie — so you can do 30, 50, even 100 reward reps in a single session without blowing your dog's daily calorie budget.
Behaviorally, dogs learn more through repetition and frequency, not treat size. Smaller treats mean your dog finishes faster, refocuses on you sooner, and you get more training reps per minute. Bigger treats = longer chew time, distracted dog, fewer reps. Small treats = faster feedback loop, more learning per session. Plus they don't fill up as quickly.
